You know. A neighbor of mine her told me about this site and I have just read through the comments.
I disagree with all the negative feedback here. I like that parents are being held responsible for their children. I have young children and would never in a million years let my kids out of my sight. I like having the security that they are safe and not exposed to things that I morally do not want them exposed to as well as the simple fact that when they are with me I know that there will be no chance of them being stolen or perhaps hurt in the creek/woods that are filled with live animals.
As far as the parking goes...well, yes that has been an issue her for as long as I know of. The parking has gotten better and the newsletter that I got on my door the other day said that there are one parking permits per driver allowed so I don't know what that ignorant person is talking about. Maybe if you read the materials provided by the very nice management then you would be more educated.
I have always taken pride in where I live and am appalled that people that are upset because they more than likely did something wrong in the first place are on here detering people from potentially moving to a very nice community.
Come on!!! There are a lot of apartments out her which means that any time you get a large group of people living in an area,there are bound to be unhappy people and rule violators.
To the child supervision complainers I simply say...if you don't want to be responsible for your children that you chose to have then maybe you shouldn't have had them and I personally don't want your child breaking out my car window with a rock that they are throwing because they are unsupervised! Haven't you ever heard the phrase "It only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch"' Maybe you should be more angry at other poeples mis behaved children then the management for actually doing something about it. If they didn't do anything I guarantee you people would be the same ignorant people that would be complaining about that too!

As if parents really do supervise their kids and as if the office staff really inforced this rule. I do not let my child play outside.... I take the time to go to the city park or other places. It started out as a nice palce years ago, but is steadily going down hill. Breeze ways are nasty, been promised a power wash on it for over 2 years, office staff does NOT respond to complaints of underage drinking and drug usage....often nieghbor kid whose parent works nights has LOUD parties involving underage drinking and drugs. How sad is it for my young son to witness this and they do nothing about it. "We know, call the police" they say...and so nothing is ever done to correct problem. Can't wait to move!!!!!!!!!!!
