Looks pretty-
starts off ok-
first night living here- toilet has over flooded-
over and over!

-people don't know how to park and as well do not care about your car-
oh and don't bother renting a garage apparently everyone pays different amounts-
so don't believe management-and people apparently can't read the number on the garage either- so they'll park in front of your apparently just because

we chose the apt based on the school, location, and scenery-however now-
i am counting down the days to our lease is over.

didn't have a bug issue-had hella spider issues!-
didn't have rude maint. people-
did have rude managers or staff that in the office don't give two cents but to pay your rent and they don't even take the time to learn your name. -
management has changed enough-that the main person we turned to and didn't give you a snob look in your face-they got rid of!

and talk about it all depends on what part of the property you live on-
one is considered nicer than the other- and that would only be based bc of the fact- buildings next to the office- consider it- Johnson county cleaner vs. the other unit.

kids aren't allowed to play unless supervised-however-no one follows the rules.

people don't pick up after their pets so summer time expect to smell poo & spray.

basically if you want half ass work to be done-talk to a manager, rules to be followed, service calls to be done- here's the place for you- can't hate the maint. they're doing their job- perhaps if better communication or let alone 1 manager would stay in the freak'n office more than a minute- things would happen!

landscaping-very nice, the men that come out every friday do work hard.
