You do not want to rent from this place. The Manager Amy is HORRIBLE, RUDE, and is a LIAR!!! She does not lift a finger to help anyone. She pretends to help while stabbing you in the back. She will try to evict you for whatever reason she can come up with if you get on her bad side. She did my friends DIRTY. When she has a job opening she tells all of us that she refuses to hire Tenants when all the Governer's Court staff are TENANTS to include HER!
My apartment has spiders, roaches, fleas, and MICE! When you bring these problems to her attention she just says that Corporate refuses to do anything about it and that we should buy mouse traps.
I gots 3 children and this is unacceptable.
Good luck getting repairs completed because it aint going to happen takes forever.
The property is always dirty, filthy, and the carpets throughout the halls are always horrible and smell bad.
