I've lived here for nearly two years and have had very few problems. Parking is plentiful, office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and all (very few) maintenance requests have been completed in a fairly timely manner. Price is very reasonable for the area...quick access to I-35, numerous major stores next door (Target, Old Navy, Borders, Bed Bath and Beyond, Pier One, ----'s Sporting Goods,etc.), and restaurants (Olive Garden, Panera, Old Chicago, Hooter's, and all the fast food places) and a 30 screen movie theater. Schools are of very high quality. My only complaint is that the residents seem to be shifting from young and middle age professionals to young party people and low income families. Fitness facility is nice and available 24 hours a day. Pools are pretty nice too. Noise has greatly increased in my area lately and neighbors are not nearly as friendly. There also seem to be more of the good residents leaving!
