I've lived at Homestead about 5 months, besides being overpriced its a pretty nice place to live. There's a lot of new construction going on and you hear a lot of noise thru the day but the nights are alright. Some neighbors have a problem picking up their dogs stool but they have tried to take steps to fix that problem i haven't had a maintenance problem yet and from what i hear i don't want one. the neighbors are pretty friendly and i feel completely safe living here.
