Safe, Clean, Well Managed, Great Location

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
I have lived in 2 different apartments within this complex. In 4 years I've only had minor problems with noise (which is to be expected, quite honestly). As far as maintenance...they have always fixed my problem, but not always the "quality" way.
The Cabinets, Counters, and Carpet are AVERAGE. For this area, the price is alright.
I would recommend Homestead to friends.
