I really liked these apartments until recently. The parking has always been a problem but they have taken away more of our parking instead of fixing the problem. Then, some new neighbors have moved in next door that have a FABULOUS bass system. However, this is not so fabulous when they start the music at 11:30pm and play for a couple hours then start back up at 7am. All of this I could stand and be relatively happy to stay for years but now they are raising the rent significantly. Needless to say, I'm moving at the end of the month.
