I've lived in apartments the last 10 years and the Homestead (since 2004) is by far one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. The staff is friendly everytime I call or go into the office. The prices are VERY reasonable compared to apartments in the nearby vicinity, and I love the convenience of the drive through mailbox and trash areas. Any maintenance issue I have ever had, they have sent someone out to my apartment within the hour to have it resolved. Great Place, highly recommended!
