I lived there for 6 months and did not enjoy alot of it. It was very noisy, the apartment seemed cheaply put together, and parking was horable. They were a nice looking place but looks can be deceving. The office staff was nice. Over all I would not recomend them.

This review is not representative of most folks' experience. Not sure what section this person stayed in but we experienced the exact opposite. Grounds were well maintained, section was quiet, maintenance extremely responsive, never a had a parking problem one day. Management is just about the best you'll come across anywhere! Everyone's experience is different. Most people rated Homestead highly as I did. Highly recommend!

Agreed. My roommate and I lived here for almost three years. The maintance people were incredible, they came one day to get a wasp out of our apartment that flew in while we were on the porch. The management was actually so nice, they let us get out of our lease a few months early with no penalities to move into a house. 100% recommended.
