I lived in the Homestead apartments in 2007. They were nice big apartments. Parking lot ok in places. Good fitness center. Pool was ok, not heated and not cleaned. The main problem I had with the apartment were the spiders. I saw more spiders in that apartment then I have seen in my life! Once there was a spider the size of a tennis ball wedged in the opening of my front door. They had recently sprayed for bugs and he was trying to escape. the spraying only brings them out!! One landed on my head when I was laying in bed once!!

I admit I see spiders every once in a while, but for me it doesn't seem out of the norm. I guess it could depend on where in the complex you live, for example you may see more spiders if you live closer to the wooded area? Not sure, but I haven't had this problem :)
