I have lived here for 4 yrs. I feel really safe here, no crime problems that I have ever heard of or seen(and that's hard to find) and I really like the area and the community is nice. BUT, the apartments are too small, the floorplans stink, the office staff are young people who don't really seem to care what goes on here and seem to want to only move in young people into the complex (which is eventually going to make the no crime problem - into a crime problem and not a safe place to live), if you want one of their bigger apts, forget it, all the office staff have taken all of them and have altered their apartments to have the comfort of having their own washers and dryers in them, for which NONE of the other residents in the complex can have the same luxury and comfort of having a W/D in our apartments (they couldn't do that, because if they let one then they would have to let all, but forget the fact that the employees are an exception to that rule), if you have a maintenenace problem, forget it, it takes them forever to get to a maint. request. And the maint. people are morons anyway, their always scratching their heads trying to figure out how to fix something. The new linoleum in some of the apts, mine included started staining underneath about a month or 2 after I moved in, in bathrooms and kitchens, and I know its from plumbing leaking water out, but yet nobody wants to say so or do anything about it, but it's pretty funny that one apartment flooded , so far, flooded due to the plumbing bursting. The laundry facilities are useless cause they NEVER work hardly, and if they do you are always losing your money in them. Nice pool, but maintenenace does want anything to do with cleaning it in the summer time, alot of partying going on with the young crowds, who always seem to bring it out into the walkways and parking lot, you can call the police all you want, and the office staff never kicks them out, in fact I have even seem some of the office staff joining in. Drugs have been a problem and there are still a few around here. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear everything, not very well insulated at all, very breezy in the winter time. Other than all this stuff, it's an okay place to live, for now, but I forsee huge problems in time if the management company doesn't get rid of the youngster office staff and bring in some adults who really know how to manage a complex and bring in the right people and screen them as they should, and clear out all the partying crowd that has been brought in here, and fix all the crap wrong here AND not just allow office staff to have luxuries, let everyone who lives there have them also. If the office staff doesn't want to use the facilities here then why would we' As for parking, if you have a nice car, I suggest you park far away, cause nobody around here cares about door dinging your car. And college kids and younger kids like to play football in the parking lots and they don't give a crap if they hit your car or not, and neither does the office staff.
