We moved here from out of state. The management was brand new when we moved here Nov 04. We were leary at 1st because we've experienced poor a management transition at our last place. So far things have been good. We searched around for a place that was affordable had a good location and was clean. The day we moved in the manager lady introduced us to the maintenance guy and the groundskeeper. This was nice because we now know the people that take care of our maintenance issues. We were also invited to an open house hosted in the clubhouse. We were able to meet the neighbors, watch football on TV and eat some dessert. Each month the community gets together for a social event. On election day donuts were handed out as cars left the parking lot to remind everyone to vote. We have not experienced this type of service at other apartments we have lived at. I'm not sure if everyone in Kansas is this friendly or if it's just the community but we are thankful!
