I'd recommend living here. I'm in a 1 bedroom and it's nice. I don't hear my neighbors and I'm allowed to have a small dog. If you are a messy person this is not a good place to live. Management does inspections and charges you if they pick up your garbage bag in front of your apartment. My neighbors had a problem leaving their garbage sitting on their pirch. The landlord fixed the problem by charging them to remove the garbage. It's close to the theater so its nice to walk over their.
