I'm saving a lot by renting here. There are many other nice places w/ more "bells & whistles" in Olathe but they are overpriced and less square footage then my 2 bedroom. It's also close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, Target the moviess. My daughter walks to school. Maintenance is friendly and they respond well to my calls.
