I've been here for 6 months and cant complain. I moved right after HS and didnt have any credit or rental history but they still gave me a chance and im glad I chose here. I work late and often dont get home til 1 or 2 am but havent had any safety concerns, its well lit. As long as you dont have a problem with handicapped people its a pretty ok deal. Also for those who may not have transportation theres a lot of places in short walking distance. I'm on ground level n the only noise trouble is the apt itself. If the person above me flushes, the elec box outside my bedroom window along w/ the water heater system in my room. I have to admit i wasnt too sure about the place when i first moved in, i was upset about not having a washer/dryer, I saw bugs but maintenance was already on it with an exterminator going around before I could complain, only other turn off was the tile on my floors isnt the same as in the model and its yellowing, but the 1 maint prob i've had was taken care of the next day. The kitchens cute, clean and has a nice dishwasher. Parkings never a problem. Staff ladies have been sweet and helpful to me.
When i first moved in they had resident appreciation week n activites including a pool party and spaghetti night with prizes and rent bucks.I've lived in Olathe my whole life and been to many other apts here and will can tell you this is one of the best bets with reasonable rent. Read other reviews yourself. Far as talk of the mold goes I cant speak on it i've yet to see any in my apt. My lease is ending but I'll probably extend now that i've had a chance to get a feel for it. I'd recommend here to especially those starting out and/or want to feel safe. I'm having a son next month and feel safe and comfortable bringing him home to Indian Meadows!
