Disability Act

I have a disability and was told they were unable to accomodate a handicapped parking place because there is alreay one out there. That the spots are first come first serve, well if more than one person with a disablity lives there and they don't work, they never leave there spots much unless they leave home while the working class person is at work. To come home with a disability and park at another building two buildings away from you home because you weren't the first one in the lot that day. I always thought it should be one spot for each person that is disabled. As far I as I have noticed we have about 4 in our lot with not enough spots. Not to mention all the illegal people who live here in a one bedroom using water and only paying less because they are in a one bedroom. Then one person with a two bedroom has to pay. I use to like my apartment they had treated me good in the past they fix up matinence requests on a timly bases but in the las 3 months I have been extremly dissatified and wished I hadn't resigined my lease I have been here 4 months shy of 2 years, and now 3 months two long.
