My husband and I have lived here for seven months, and we cannot stand it! One of the maintenance guys and his family lives below us. He has no respect for his work place or the other people living there, leaving beer bottles in the fountain, his kids toys out on the sidewalks for days and the constant screaming and yelling I hear from his family. They crank up thier television and music SO loud I can feel the bass sitting on my couch, and hear it through my entire apartment. I have complained about seven or eight times about this. The only thing that's been has been the apartment manager telling him to keep it down. But even with the three strikes you're out policy, they still live here! We really don't know what to do anymore but move out. This by far is the worst mistake we've EVER made. If you want to be treated fairly by your apartment manager concerning all residents, do NOT move here!
