well if i could give you pics you would understand. we have had a ton of problems with this place we have been here for about 13 Months and we are still waiting for maintenance to fix some things from week 1. But when they do get the memo from the office and get to ypur apartment the maintenance guy knows his stuff, and he will be polite and helpful as best as he can. If you ask me theat guy who has been here for like 15 years needs to run the place!! My car was stolen from right out in front of our door. i dont know about all this bum business hanging around but people are always loud and ubnoxious late at night. the same people practically having sex in the tiny pool they have. our roach motel looking air conditioner doesnt fill the apartment for S*#T. once you sign a lease the staff goes to S*#T. The dryers in the laundry wont dry on one full cycle you have to do it twice. And unless you are in the outer building of the property good luck parking anywhere close. BUGS BUGS BUGS. had to fog the apartment twice because when we told the office we were having bug problems the said they would put traps down, never saw that day. My 14 month old had bug bites all over him forever. My fiance is afraid to walk to and from her car after dark. Stuff like that. Oh and someone decided to start there apt. on fire and died. and someone else got killed here and the cops keep coming around and asking questions. all and all not a good place to be. all my friends keep telling me that we need to move. that tells you something. We are gone at the end of this month!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!
