Here's the deal, I have read all of the comments for Jefferson Place...and with the exception of a few they have been negative. What I would like to say is this...my wife and I have been here for a little over a year, and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff is very helpful, and the property manager works people on an individual basis. I to am always called by my first name when coming into the office. As for the noise...it is an apartment complex...and you are going to here people. With that said I did have a problem with a neighbor (Parties/noise), I alerted the office (after I tried to speak with him) after several notices he was told to leave, and will be moving at the end of the month.
As for the fire and apparent suicide this is true, however bad things happen in this world. I am not sure how the blame can be put of Jefferson Place shoulders. What I do no is that the staff was there during the fire (I personally saw them) and it looked as if they were doing everything in there power to help the surrounding residents. One of my friends was put in a hotel, compliments of Jefferson Place until his apartment was cleared.

Meet your neighbors, get know them
Meet the staff, they are very friendly
Meet the Maintenance staff, they are very knowledgeable. Do this and you will have an enjoyable experience. But don't take my word for it, or other peoples negative word. Come take a look, then make a Decision
