When I moved in, the apartment hadn't been cleaned very well, I actually found dead bugs in my kitchen cabinets. Also, the dryers take way too long, I usually have to put my clothes in for two or three cycles. Other than that, I haven't had any problems with management. The office staff has always been polite, and maintenance problems have been fixed quickly. My only major complaint is about the neighbors. Each building has a laundry room with only two washers and dryers. This wouldn't be a big problem, except that some people are inconsiderate and leave their clothes in the washers for hours after they're done. I once checked the laundry room every 20-30 minutes and the same clothes were left in a washer for five hours before someone came and got them. The people in the apartment upstairs are so noisy all the time (I know noise should be expected when you live in an apartment, but this is just ridiculous). People running back and forth across the living room over and over during the night, blaring music at 2 in the morning, throwing trash off their balcony onto my patio, and loud parties most weekends.
I'm definitely not impressed, but this isn't the worst place I've lived either. Overall, I think this could be a nice place if it wasn't for all the rude, trashy people living here.
