The staff is always great and maintenance is taken care of. The mold problem is real, we had it all down the window sills in the nw bedroom due to the constant sweating of the walls, there was also a very minor bug problem everytime someone moved out..(we were in bldg 12273) We had terrible neighbors who fought and screamed and yelled above us, cops came numerous times. Parking is a nightmare. All in all though we felt safe and the location is not to bad, you are close to any type of shopping you could want and 5 minutes from the interstate.

I am having horrible mold problem. Also, after I mentioned changing furnace filter, I found out there hasn't been one in it for at least 6 months. All four windows had mold around the aluminum. I cleaned them first with bleach product. Then the maintenance guys used bleach the second time. The apt. replaced the glass in all my windows due to the seals all being broke. I would assume all the moisture build up, no furnace filter and being vacant for a little while in the middle of winter. I moved in Dec. 2007, every morning I wake up I cough till I can't cough any longer. I am quite sure the mold has gone into the walls. The staff has been great here. I have a teenage daughter and we both feel the area is reasonably safe. Probably as safe as any other apt. We do have issues with lazy people littering and seems to be worse now that summer is coming.
