Hello! I've lived here for 5 months now and couldnt be more DISpleased. This place is filthy and the staff is rude. Sure the area around the offices looks good, but the rest of the area is littered and uncared for. I have went as far as contacting the regional manager for Cohen Ersay, and found her to be as inept and careless as the rest. I have complained to no avail. The structure is rotting, its infested with insects, they respond "we have an exterminator come once a month, just buy some insect killer of your own", there are nails sticking out of the decks and stairs all over, the mold problem is real. When i moved in the tile was falling out of the bathroom, there were fixtures off of all the doors, although there are switches and places light should be for the ceiling, there arent any lights or fixtures there.I spent a full week scrubbing the filth out of the place. They did not bother to move the stove and fridge to clean, or anywhere for that matter.THRE WAS STILL TRASH FROM THE PREVIOUS RESIDENT! These people couldnt care less about you after you sign the contract.Do yourself a favor and keep looking. DO NOT RENT HERE! Feel free to email me for details.
