Lanscaping Woes

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Understanding that it is a new complex, the landscaping and overall quality of the surroundings, is extremely disapointing. They have planted a few trees here and there, but have completely neglected any upkeep or further improvements to the community. A lot to pay to live at an unkept complex.
