I agree with the previous reviewer's comment that the landscaping is poor. The environment is quiet overall, but the walls are not that sound-proof. I live on the 2nd floor, and I can feel the guy below playing music in high volume, and I'm also bothered by the guy above me doing laundary at midnight. The staffs seem to be ok and they take steps to encourage people to eye on the dog owners (you know what I mean). Since there're constructions going on around the apartment complex, my car looks like having a mud bath when it rains. Overall, I think the place is ok, but really oveerpriced. I wouldn't have moved in beacuse of the one time promotion deal.
