I agree with the resident with the landscaping comment. The grass gets mowed, probably once or twice a month, if that. A ton of weeds growing near 138th and areas visible only to residents. The sprinklers seem to run every night to water the patchy grass and weeds, making it really muddy everywhere. I make my kids take off their shoes because of all the mud. They advertise as Luxury, well they may be, but the landscaping proves otherwise. Pricing is good though. Keeps the creeps out.
