I moved in a little over a year ago. In the beginning, things were going very well when it was (Trisha, Shawn, Kim and Christie). When any problem occurred it was presented with concern and handled in an orderly, appropriate and timely fashion. Nowadays, any sort of maintenance requests or complaints regarding inappropriate conduct is shrugged off as if it were childish, inconvenient, or perhaps someone was "too busy" to take care of the situation.
Sure these apartments have cute floor plans, but cute can only go so far until things begin to fall apart around you. The lenolium is coming up in the bathrooms and the kitchen and half the drawers cannot even be closed properly. How about a totally unlevel apartment. I love having a wobbly refrigerator and a front door that gets stuck due to the unlevel doorways. Nothing like central air and heating that sqeaks so loud you cannot even hear your own television. Let me tell you that this is definately worth my hard earned cash!
I mean hey, who needs kitchen or bathroom floors when you can get freshly painted lines in the parking lot to go with the incredible parking amenities and midget car garages'
Now to further the landscaping flaws. Why even hire a crew to take care of the grass here' We have enough of our own natural fertilizer with all the dog crap people leave. I suppose it goes nicely with the mud splotches by the lake with the fountains that never work. But why not kill two birds with one stone when the fountains do work and lay down some grass seed and water that while you water the inside of our apartments. There's a money saver.
Bubble brains is an understatement. Talk about the most scatter-brained, unorganized, lazy, lying, disrespectful and unprofessional couple of girls one could ever know. How can you have a serious conversation with someone that cannot remember something a simple as a maintenance request that was just discussed five minutes before' Perhaps there was a ligitimate reason like being too busy.
This statement will be short and simple. Do not call the onsite security because he will never respond.
As for the pool and hot tub' Lets not even go there. Not sure I want to swim in either one. Who wants to walk ten miles to BBQ something on a grill so nasty. My toilet is cleaner than that thing.
Hmmm, ahhh yes the trash..... 9A.M. pickup huh more like 3 P.M. Oh and watch out when you take the trash to the dumpster yourself. When you open the doors don't be surprised if something falls on you because the trash maybe gets emptied like once a month. How dirty.
Overall, if you are a do-it yourself type and are in search of a fixer upper then this place is for you.
Lastly, I would like to shake the hand of the intelligent human being that thought it was such a wonderful thing to not have to see Wal-Mart. Ok, first off the apartments are not by any means luxury and yes my life is completed knowing that I don't have to wake up to a Wal-Mart every morning. But I will tell you this....it is soooo WORTHing IT paying for the state of the art view of the white gas drums and the beautiful cow pasture. What a lovely mix don't you think'
