We have lived at Worthing for a year now and jut resigned for another 6 months while we look for a house. The only thing I have real problems with is the parking. sometimes there are no spots open anywhere. The apartments are quiet and nice insideThe only noise we here is from the outside, we never hear our neighbors. I love the colors on the walls. It is much nicer than just white, but the lanolium in the bathrooms is coming up. Also, the vent in the masterbath is not hooked up properly because it is COLD in the winter and warm in the summer. the over sized tubs are great but you have to turn the hot water heater up to full blast to get enough hot water to fill the tub even 3/4 full. The staff when we first moved here was very helpful and on the ball, but since then, it has gone down hill. i had to ask for 2 weeks straight to get our lease renewal information and it seems like our requests for repairs get lost in the mix. the girls are very nice but there is no sense of urgency. I like this place but I am excited to get my own house.
