I have lived here for over two years and in those two years I have been nothing but pleased. As for the person that wrote the three previous reviews, he is my neighbor, and also a chronic complainer. Maybe if he paid his rent on time they would not have to beg for their rent. Since the new management company took over there has been nothing but improvements. The landscaping that has been added is absolutely beautiful,and I feel like I live at a resort. Not only do I live here I have referred 4 of my friends to move in too. The Marquis at Lakeside has given me over $1600.00 in resident referrals. I would definitely reccommend anyone to move here!
