The landscaping is nice with the wild flowers and natural setting.
Although the units are older, they are kept up quit well.
As with all apartments, it's easy to hear the neighbors upstairs walking around although there is little noise from neighboring tenants. Maybe my upstairs neighbor is a stomper! The management personell are really nice and helpful. The workout room is great and well maintained as is the swimming pool and hot tub. The lake gives you a great place to walk a pet or just take your evening jog and it is located in a great place for shopping, eating, getting on the interstate, etc.
I recommend them highly.
