Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
For apartment life this is a good place to be. Best efforts are made to keep grounds clean and nice. Any maintenance problem I have had has been fixed in 24 hours or less (and when the smoke alarm went off on my 12 foot vaulted ceiling at 3 a.m. they came right over!)
It's easy to find. Excellent parking choices with covered and garage options available. Grounds are well lit - no fear of walking from my car after dark.
This is the best place I've lived since moving to Olathe!! Marquis at Lakeside gets an A in my book. Especially compared to other apartments I have lived in here in Olathe.
