THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BEFORE IN MY LIFE. THE GIRLS ARE BRAIN DEAD AND EXTREMEMLY RUDE, IF YOU HAVE KIDS ESPECIALLY, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!! NOT WORTH EVEN CLOSE TO THE MONEY. I LOVE OUR APARTMENT, BUT HATE THE WAY WE ARE TREATED.

Some of the office staff has kids, so I doubt they treat you different due to having kids. Maybe you are allowing your kids to behave poorly and they are disturbing others? You probably were addressed by the office and are mad now. Try following rules and see if that fixes your problems. Hope that helps!

I actually was insulted too due to our children who are toddlers so behavior isn't an issue. They had a toy bike on the patio and we were told we had to remove it, yet our neighbor has seven bikes on their patio. When we asked them about this, they told us it was because our's was colorful, and their's was regular colors. I felt very strongly that it was because they didn't want leasers to think there were a lot of children in our building, since it was pretty empty.

I actually also got a threat to be evicted due to my children playing in a grassy area out in front of my apartment. When I called to ask what the problem was, no one had actually reported this to the office. It was office personnel that had been walking in the area that heard them and sent me the letter. After talking to the manager, the manager proceeded to tell me that being on my first floor balcony while my kids played less than 20 feet from me was not good supervision and was actually poor parenting. I am debating about a lawsuit for harassment and discrimination. I am first contacting the company about the situation.
