I have lived here for approximately 6 months. My apartment is very neat and I have had no maintenance issues since I have lived here. It is a very quiet community. I enjoy that the complex is extremely dog friendly and has actually made for a great way to meet the neighbors when out walking your pet. The price is wonderful for the quality. I dare people to go out and compare the price with what you get at that price I didn't find anything that would beat it and wouldn't want to now. Some have commented about the letters which are sent on a fairly regular basis. This is something I have come to appreciate. It may be harsh at times yet it is what keeps our neighborhood a clean and enjoyable place to live.

I recently received a questionaire asking if I had any maintenance issues which needed repaired no matter how big or how small. I commend this...I've lived in several complexes and never once has maintenance came looking for work...typically problems in those other complexes were fixed half heartedly if at all.
