I have lived here for over a year.
I am quiet. I have a large dog.
My time her has been very good.
The staff is very nice. I assume some of upset people have problems paying rent or being good neighbors. It seems like they don't stay long, which is nice.
The company that owns this property should be happy that the staff takes into consideration the residents that have intentions to live in peace and be a positive part of the community.
If you are a piece of crap, please don't try to smooth your way in here.
I will be the first to complain about your bad smells and odd behaviors.
Be a good citizen and don't try to make something fit that won't work.
Buy a condo in Belton or move back in with the parents.

I do pay my rent and have been a good neighbor for 1.5 years. You haven't ever complained about me apparently but they are hassling me. I pay my rent on time and all I did was allow my 10 year old child to play. I don't cause a lot of noise and don't throw wild parties. I have always been a good tenant. I don't even know where Belton is and my mother is dead so I guess won't be moving back home, but I will be moving out.
