The place has nice floor plans but they don't want people to re-lease, so they increase the rent way beyond the norm in this area. They had a great team of maintence but they are letting the sper go and bringing in a guy that doesn't know much. The new manager is less than good. I would not recommend this apt.

We don't cause any problems, never are late and are very quite, yet they are forcing us to move. Not good if you want to stay here more than a year, we have been here 3 years because the old manager was great and would work with you on the rent. They are trying to raise the rent $143 which is un heard of, the apt seach people couldn't believe they would raise it that much as the going increase in this area is about 20-40 dollars.

GAs is being stolen from vehicles but they won't or don't care. Rugs are extra cheap!!

Way to go! Standup for your rights.However, negotiation is the key to life.Tell the leasing ofc that you're not staying without a compromise.Offer them " YOUR" deal.How much of an increase will you tolerate? $50/mo? How much is it going to cost you to move?Get aggressive!If the increase is too much,then moveout!
