This is an nice appartment complex.
They have a nice pool, and tenis court.
The trails are very nice, but parts dip into the woods where you have no lighting when it gets darker out.
They have a lake here, but it is kinda swomped with ducks and such, and they stink it up in the spring and summer.
The weight room on the other hand is out dated, and in need of updating.
The club house/leasing office is clean.
The office staff is a lot better now.
Before they were kind of stuck up.
The maintance is prompt and decent.
But they sometimes do messy work.
Like yesterday, our toilet clogged, and I put in a work order.
They came an hour later, and fixed it, but ripped up some of the floor in the process, and did not repair it.
They also make you feel stupid by the comments they write on the work order form you get a copy of.
They do not account for mistakes, or accidents.
They just think you are an idot who does not know how to work a toilet, garbage disposal, heater, smoke alarm, ect...
The parking is decent.
People I know are nice.
Has a good location, it is really close to I-35, some schools, and a lot of shopping.
