Very poor management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
The accounting system is not accurate. You will get several eviction notices when they post your rent check to someone elses account or if they do not endourse your rent check prior to sending it to your bank.

Residents are not well screened prior to moving into the complex, therefore making it an unsafe place to live.
