One bedroom apartment 610sq ft of living space. Nice size entry way, but not useful. Living room it not a bad size either but furniture arrangements are very limited. Kitchen is an odd size. You can not put a 36 in table with chairs under the light. If you do dont try to sit and eat with friends. The bath is big. (To big). The bedroom is ok with a nice walk-in closet. The hot water heater is to small, not enough hot water to fill a bath (unless you turn it up to high/hope you dont have children that come to visit).
The lighting is dim. The windows are covered with vinyl blinds that fall apart. What make this an undesirable home is that the heat and air unit the kind you would find in a cheap hotel/motel. It is efficient and costly to run. Be prepared to pay HIGH electric bills.
Now about the staff, they seem nice at first but, they have trouble with follow throw with promises (NEED TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING). Do not make a complaint or tell them that you are dissatisfied with the apartment; you will be talked down to. Go look else ware you will get more for the money.
