THe staff is not truthful. THe maintenance is not trained very well. The place is bug infested. They do unsafe repairs such as wiring appliances wrong. They are always putting notices for 25.00 fine warnings on every apt on a regular basis. We used our fireplace and the upsatairs apt smelled the smoke and that leads to poor construction! They have a basketball court that needs repairs and nothing but promises to fix it. The pool is in disrepair. They open the pool earlier than most and close it later than most just for marketing purposes. They do not attempt in any way to clean up after the geese when they leave fecal matter all over. The developer made this man made small pond and its not natural and they should clean up after what they created. They told me Jews bought the place so we could not have a free santa for the kids becaue they are scared of lawsuits from jews then for marketing they put up a tree and all the trimmings for marketing only! They lie right to your face when you lease and continue the lies after that. The lighting is poor at night the snow removal is terrrible at best. The metal stairs are rusting thru and the buildings with shake roofs leak! They are just a cheap apartment company (Price Management Co.) Look elsewhere for a better way of living! There is a good reason they have a lot of empty apts.! They care about things that create money and thats it! Mike Loeffler 9-106
