The complex is noisey, lighting is poor, Price Management has a habit of discrimination, steel stars rusting thru, shake roofing is coming off, they built a MAN MADE pond which attracted geese and they never clean up the mess they created! The never fix bb court and the tennis court is unsafe to play on due to cracks, they open the pool early and close late just for marketing purposes, when you use your wood fireplace which is allowed in the lease the upstair apt gets your smoke and that is dangerous construction at best. They care more about profits than anything else and do nothing for the children even when you volunteer. The office staff lacks good people skills and do not concentrate on the big picture which includes retention of tenants! They do not do much at all when 3 inches of snow falls! The tables etc on the grounds for BBQ or whatever are never kept up and are dangerous. Please look elsewhere before you commit to lies and deceit.
