Not that great of a deal

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I first moved to Millcreek in Aug of 2003. The apartment was vacant for 6 months before and not cleaned before I moved in. However, the management decided that day after I moved in they wanted to change out the carpet and tile and expected me to move out all my furtniture again. I had to call the corp office and explain the situation to about 4 different people before they decided that apartments should pay for some one to move my stuff. The one bedroom apartments come only with an old hotel like broken down air conditioning unit. If you run it your elec bill goes through the roof and it doesn't even cool down your apartment. Management is horrible. It is like dealing with a 3 year old. The maintaince guys are nice but to get anything fixed is like pulling teeth. The noise level in my building was terrible. My downstairs neighbor was outside all hours of the night screaming on the phone, cursing her kids out, or drinking with a group of friends. Management didn't do a dam thing about it. When I left Millcreek Woods in Aug of 2005 my apartment was cleaner then when I moved in but they still took money off my deposit. I wouldn't recomend this place. There are lots of nicer places in JOCO for the same price where management actually cares about its tentants. Look else where...
