Not to bad, when I lived there.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We lived there from March of 02 to May of 04.
We moved for two reasons:
-we were pregnant and needed more room
-we could not afford to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment.
Maintance orders were completed withing 2 days of putting in the work order, the staff was always nice to me, and never had an issue with parking.
The pond was a bit smelly in summer, and the birds went poop EVERYWHERE, but that's what you get when you live near a pond and wooded area. It was never bad enought to the point where I would stop walking the trail they had.
The heating and air conditioner is a bit outdated, and our electric bill reflected that, but still worked.
All in all, I enjoyed my time there.
