Not bad for the price. The apartments are obviously older in seeing the A/C units and ghetto style mailbox units. Only real complaint I have is the mold-like unedentified substance growing in the duct work. Asked management to have it cleaned out and all they did was spray some cleaning chemicals on the vents. Not too sure if during the summer it is healthy to breath the air blowing through these mold caked ducts. Also at sometimes it seems like the parking lot has more broke down vehicles than actual running ones. Almost like it's a graveyard for junk cars. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
