Being an older complex, we are beginning to have problems within. Air conditioners need to be replaced. As does the hot water heaters. The use of to many appliances at one time will throw the circuit breaker. They use the sprinkler systems only at the front of the complex. The rest of the complex the grass dies. There is goose ---- everywhere. The nature trail is now grown over. More kids and bigger dogs have moved in. Yet the rent continues to go up.
