Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived in a one bedroom apartment for 2 years. The contracts are impossible to get out of early without a ridiculous penalty unless you are transferred by work. Even then you have to give em 2 months notice. They refused to give me my 200 dollar deposit back on my satellite dish until I threatened legal action, even though they made me take it down. You can hear every person walking up and down the stairs outside. They were always extremely prompt (within 5 minutes) about sending the maintanence man to fix any problems. They also chose to charge me for stains on the floor when I moved out, even though I had a professional come into clean it. They also attempted to charge me for broken blinds even though I had put on my move-in sheet that they were already broken. And I sent my keys back to em in the mail and they told me they never recieved them. but given the past of this apartment I wouldn't be surprised if it was sitting on their desk. Overall, look elsewhere but the apartments were overall very quiet. The landscaping was well taken care of.
