Worst place I've ever lived! I had to contact the health department and threaten to get an attorney involved before the apartment managers would replace the sheetrock in my daughter's room, which was soaked by a water leak above my apartment. Black and green mildew started growing after the sheetrock got wet, and the managers initially refused to do anything about it! After I contacted the Johnson County Health Department, and after I called an attorney, they sent the maintenance guys over.
Furthermore, the managers did NOTHING about all the noisy neighbors. The apartment above had a little dog that barked constantly. Never once did the managers do anything about my repeated complaints. Animal Control were finally called about the dog, which helped with the problem somewhat.
This is my second experience with Price Brothers Management. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from a Price Brothers property.
