Atleast at this place the manager works the front office so you can talk to someone with half an IQ point. Almost every problem I had was solved eventually but I usually had to go back to talk to the office about 2-4 times.

When I moved in I asked about the neighbors and the only comment she would give is that she could not say because that would be discrimination. Well I found out later that she knew the resident in the next apartment was related to a drug dealer. This made me real happy as I have a family to worry about.

And the noise rules are pretty much ignored. But I found that going out side like a crazy man yelling at the top of my lung usually intimidates most of the punks in to turning their crap down. (I wouldn't recommend this if you don't have an intimidating appearance. Also use this method at your own risk)

If you are someone who goes outside yelling to the top of your lungs then I believe you are an idiot. Sounds to me as if you are one of the problems there. I have heard a lot of good things about Oak Ridge and I only see bad comments by people who seem to be bad themselves. Anywhere you live in apartments you will have to deal with neighbors closely, and some noise. Anyone who does not want to deal with that should move to a private house or out into the bush to live in a tent. LOL!
