At nearly $600/mo for a single bedroom apartment, one would expect to get a little quality in return right' Well, don't expect that here.

I have 2 outstanding service calls put in, one this is over 5 weeks old and one that is over 3 weeks old. We'll ignore the 4 week one for now, since it's relatively trivial, however the 3 week old service call is in regard to a lock that was broken when I moved in. How they can put a broken front door lock on such a low priority as to take more than 3 weeks to fix, I'll never know, but I hardly feel secure with it.

As well, the apartment management has only been there during office hours about 10% of the time. I'm talking stopping in at 4pm during the week when posted hours are until 6pm, this isn't like a lunch break, or leaving 5 minutes early. I was even unable to pay my rent this week because noone was at the office during posted hours!!!

Now they're in the process of redoing their sidewalks so that the handicap ramps are wider. While I'm thrilled that they take care of the handicap, they've put all this money and effort into sidewalks that had almost no damage whatsoever, while sitting directly outside my building in the parking lot is a CRATER and the various other parking areas and even the streets dedicated to the apartment complexes are falling apart. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
