Great place to live for those who think they are "special" and don't have to follow the rules! Example, dogs MUST be on a leash, this only applies to those that honor the rules. There is one lazy girl who lets her dog just run, doesn't clean up after it goes to everyone elses yard to do it's thing. Office stated they'd had numerous complaints on this girl, however she continues and nothing is done. So, if you are "special" great place to be.

I lived there for awhile as well and agree with the "rules issue". The apartment is great, I never had any issues with maintenance, however I do agree Christine in the office is very unprofessional but I didn't have to deal with her often.
