At first it was not too bad living at Pinecrest. And if you don't mind everchanging staff and management that are never in the office or available by phone you may like it here. The units are very noisy. You can't hear anything over the dishwasher or toilet flushing if you are downstairs. And if your neighbors party or smoke, plan on partaking regardless of if you want to or not. Oh, and parking is horrible!
