Let me first say that initially we loved this place (initially means the first 2 weeks). We decided to move here based on the space in the townhome, the neighborhood, and the manager who was so gracious and extremely accomadating to us. Well shortly after moving here, the manager quit and moved out over a weekend, we find out that apparantly the insulation put into these buildings is for warmth in the summer and coolness in the winter, and the neighborhood has swat or arrest warrant teams within eyesight about every 2 months or so. The money we thought was worth the quality of home we were renting was a joke. The rent and "water" included with the rent is upwards of $1200. There are plenty of houses that would be both better in price and quality for that amount of money. We have been through 4, yes FOUR, different managers since we have been here in 9 months. The last 3 have been a joke, each with a different set of rules for the neighborhood, that is, until they get fired and a new one comes in. The flooring is uneven (set a ball @ one end and expect it to roll), the stairs that are carpeted have staples and nails sticking out, the weather stripping is sub par, the parking is horrific, oh yeah, and make sure there is no dog poop near or around your person as if you are outside and poop is spotted by management (the latest one), it's a $50 fine per pile. WHAT A JOKE! Save your money. Run away....fast
